X CEO Linda Yaccarino claims that big advertisers are now returning to the social media platform. Does this mean that the X branding for Twitter is effective?
X CEO Linda Yaccarino Claims Big Advertisers Are Returning
According to Entrepreneur's latest report, Linda Yaccarino claims that many advertisers are returning to the platform after it was rebranded as X.
"Coca-Cola, Visa, State Farm is a huge partner, they're coming back - the last bunch of weeks, continued revenue growth," said the social media's CEO.
After boasting about the return of the company's biggest advertisers, she noted that the online website was "close to breakeven."
If this is true, then it's really good news for X. When the platform was still called Twitter, its many advertisers pulled out their funds because of the billion-dollar acquisition made by Elon Musk.
In February, numerous data showed that more than half of Twitter's top 1,000 advertising partners stopped their services.
But, since Yaccarino shared the return of some of the company's biggest advertisers, people can expect the revenue of X to further improve in the following months.

She said that the billionaire focuses on accelerating the rebrand and working on the future.
Meanwhile, Linda clarified that she is responsible for running the company; from partnerships to legal to sales to finance.
Linda Yaccarino also explained why Elon Musk rebranded Twitter.
She said that ever since Elon Musk acquired Twitter in 2022, he was thinking of rebranding the platform.
The X CEO added that when they announced that she was joining Twitter, they are already discussing the plan of Musk to transform Twitter into X; the everything app.
"The rebrand represented really a liberation from Twitter," she said via CNBC.
Yaccarina added that the rebranding allowed the social media company to evolve past a legacy mindset and thinking.
