Autumn is homecoming season in the US, and Burger King is offering its customers in select areas a homecoming date experience for both teenagers and adults looking back on their homecoming memories for a limited time only through its BK Homecoming Meal.
According to the fast food chain's press release Thursday (September 21), the $10 meal would include two Whopper Jr. sandwiches, two milkshakes, and a small order of onion rings and fries. Also included in the deal are two limited-edition homecoming paper crowns for both partners while supplies last.
Royal Treatment for $10
Homecoming dance-goers from New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and Oklahoma City can also get a more limited-edition bejeweled HoCo-themes crown.
"For years we've seen fans incorporate Burger King into their Homecoming traditions, using our iconic crown as part of their royal celebrations across the country," Burger King North America vice president for marketing communication Zahra Nurani said in a statement. "We're excited to get in on the celebration by offering a delicious meal for two that allows HoCo-goers even more ways to make BK a part of this special event."
