This park, known for its beautiful surroundings and a public beach tucked by a serene lake, was the setting for a weekend camping trip that Sena was enjoying with her family and friends.

In a midday news conference, New York Governor Kathy Hochul revealed that Sena was participating in a bike riding activity with friends on a loop road. The incident occurred just after 6 p.m. on Saturday. Surprisingly, Sena made the decision to embark on an additional lap by herself.

In a recent statement, Hochul described the events that unfolded as a parent's nightmare. After the child failed to come back, a wide search was launched in the the area. The search efforts involved numerous volunteers and a significant number of State Police officers, who used bloodhounds and aviation units to aid in the search.

According to NY Times, Hochul revealed that despite extensive efforts, including the deployment of rangers, drones, and underwater search teams, no progress has been made in the search. She emphasized that no stone, branch, table, or cabin is being left unturned, untouched, or unexamined in this search.

Lt. Colonel Richard Mazzone, the assistant deputy superintendent of the New York State Police, has revealed that Sena's bike was discovered shortly after she was last seen. This discovery has raised concerns about a potential abduction, a notion that has been reinforced by the issuance of an Amber Alert on Sunday morning.

What Happened to Charlotte Sena?

Mazzone said that state police have conducted extensive searches in the local waterways. Furthermore, authorities are diligently continuing their search efforts in the surrounding woods and areas near the loop where Charlotte was last seen. In a recent development, the governor has announced that over 100 officials have been deployed on Sunday morning.

This extensive search operation involves dozens of law enforcement officers meticulously combing the park. Additionally, boats equipped with advanced sonar technology have been deployed to search the lake.

A team of FBI agents and state criminal investigators were spotted at the scene, accompanied by members of the Schenectady firefighting community. In a recent statement, the governor revealed that Charlotte, a relative of a Schenectady Fire Department member, has come into the spotlight.

Authorities have provided a detailed description of Charlotte Sena, who is reported to be a young girl with fair skin, blond hair, and captivating green eyes.

Standing at approximately 4 feet 6 inches tall, she was last seen wearing dark blue pants paired with an eye-catching orange tie-dye Pokémon T-shirt. Completing her outfit were black Croc sandals and a gray bike helmet.

David, the father of Charlotte, is a member of Queensbury's Local Union 773 Plumbers, Pipefitters, Steamfitters, and Service Technicians, as per Daily Mail.

The union asked for assistance in locating her and added, "Please keep the Sena family in your thoughts and prayers."

The search for this individual is currently underway, and anyone with information is urged to contact the authorities immediately.
