According to Fox News, the Bibb County Sheriff's Office entered an apartment on Monday evening. Williams was found at the apartment and was revealed to have suffered from gunshot wounds.

He was hospitalized after helping the jail escapees named Joey Fournier, 52, Chavis Stokes, 29, Marc K. Anderson, 24, and Johnifer Barnwell, 37, break out of Bibbs County.

This is the first time anyone has seen Williams since he was reportedly abducted on March 6, just hours before he was due in court for 2021 murder charges. The girlfriend of Williams was found in the house and was arrested and charged with felony assisting another to escape lawful custody or confinement.

The investigators reported that the four inmates climbed out of an impaired window in the jail's oldest, most deteriorated section, cut through a fence, and escaped in a blue Dodge Challenger. In the second week of the investigation, no fugitives were still arrested.

However, the investigators found the suspected runaway car in the parking lot of Biomat USA in the city of Macon, about two miles north of the jail. The Bibb County confirmed that the fugitives remain on the run.

The Bibb County Sheriff said, "They could be anywhere."

He added that they are clueless about how long they stay together or even if they are together.

Williams' Reported Abduction

The investigators said that Williams was wearing an ankle monitor when he was abducted, but the battery reportedly died as he was a murder suspect before. He was out of jail on a $100,000 bond when he came out to be assaulted and dragged off by two men.

Sheriff Davis said that he was suspicious of the sudden disappearance of Williams in an interview with 13WMAZ.

"There have been no phone calls from anyone about this situation. There have been phone calls from people saying, you know, where he might be or third party, fourth party conversations," he said.

The law enforcement has put a $73,000 reward on the heads of the four escaped inmates. Davis said the Bibb Sheriff's Office and their law enforcement partners focused on recapturing the four fugitives.

The sheriff's office asks for the public's help locating the four men and has set up a tip line at 478-751-7500. Furthermore, Davis advised that those with information can call the Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 877-682-7463.
