Russia confirmed that it supports Hamas terrorists. This decision of the Russian government is a clear sign that it has already broken its pro-Palestine stance after more than 20 years.
Before the Russia-Ukraine war and the Israel-Hamas war began, Russia was considered a close ally of the Israeli government.
One of these reasons is because Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu openly portrayed himself as a close friend of Vladimir Putin.
Now, it seems like this is no longer the case based on the statements of a Russian ambassador.
Russia Now Sides With Hamas Terrorists
According to Fox News, Russia's president has been quiet ever since the Israel-Hamas officially began. However, numerous experts said this silence was already a sign of Russia's shifting interest.
But, some sources said that Moscow already hosted representatives from Hamas, as well as Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani. They claimed that this meeting of officials and Hamas members discussed ways to stop "Zionist crimes supported by the United States and the West."
Strategic military intelligence analyst Rebekah Koffler, who was the author of "Putin's Playbook," confirmed that Russia is already siding with the Hamas militant group.
"Russia has unequivocally sided with the terrorists, which marks a reversal of Moscow's twenty-plus years of largely pro-Israel policy," she explained.
"Putin has been orienting Russia towards the East - China, India - and the Arab world, and will do anything to undermine the West or its allies, in this case Israel," she added.
The military expert further stated that Russia could be expecting its recent actions, which favor Palestinians and Hamas terrorists, to "score points" with the Arab world, as well as serve as payback for Israel's military assistance to Ukraine.

Russian Ambassador Condemns Israel
The Moscow Times reported that Russian Amb. Vasily Nebenzya-the current Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN-condemned Israel during the special UN General Assembly, which happened in Palestine.
He said that Israel doesn't have the right to self-defense because it is an "occupying power."
"The only thing [the West] can muster is continued pronouncements about Israel's supposed right to self-defense. Although, as an occupying power, it does not have that power," said the official.
Aside from this, Nebenzya also criticized the Western nations, especially the United States, since they called for humanitarian law and imposed sanctions against those who use force to stop years of violence.
But, when it comes to Israel destroying Gaza, the U.S. and its Western allies remain quiet.
