U.S. President Joe Biden is finally celebrating his 81st birthday, making him the oldest sitting leader in the history of the United States.
There's no denying that being an 81-year-old American president is an astounding feat.
However, instead of being happy for POTUS, more and more Americans are becoming concerned about his age.
Happy Birthday Joe Biden! POTUS Turns 81 Years Old
According to CNN Politics, Joe Biden is celebrating his 81st birthday in a low-key manner; with his beloved family and other Biden Admin officials.
Some critics said that Biden doesn't want to be extravagant because of the ongoing issues across the globe, such as the Israel-Hamas war, as well as the upcoming 2024 U.S. election, which is expected to be a strenuous one.
People.Com reported that Joe Biden, together with his wife, First Lady Jill Biden, will be hosting some holiday events throughout his birthday (Monday, Nov. 20).
This is because his birthday is the day before the Thanksgiving celebration. He already posted a video of him pardoning the National Thanksgiving Turkey on the White House South Lawn.
"Join me on the South Lawn as I pardon the National Thanksgiving Turkey and wish American families a safe and healthy holiday," said Joe Biden via his official X post.
People familiar with the activities of the 81-year-old U.S. leader said that Joe and Jill will make up for any lost family time on Tuesday, Nov. 21. They said that the first couple are set to travel to Massachusetts for the remainder of the week.

More Americans Becoming Concerned About POTUS' Age
Now that Joe Biden is 81 years old, many Americans shared their concerns; questioning whether the current leader can still lead the U.S.
Because of this, many polls showed that his approval rating is plunging. On Sunday, Nov. 19, Biden's approval rating reached its lowest point, which is 40%.
This survey claimed that Joe Biden is behind Donald Trump for the first time. But, it is important that this poll is a hypothetical general-election match-up.
Despite Americans' concerns, the American leader is still quite confident that he can handle being the U.S. president. He even joked around, saying that "it's difficult turning 60."
Meanwhile, Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia (California), a member of the Biden campaign's national advisory board, said that the president's election campaign should be focused on the winning record instead of his age.
"Everything else about people's biographies or when their birthdays are - that doesn't matter. People want to know, what did they do, and what are they going to do?" explained Garcia.
