The so-called Koolau Ranch is allegedly located on the northeast side of the Hawaiian island of Kauai, specifically on a ranchland between the tourist hubs of Hanalei and Kapaa.

People who were able to pass through the area claimed that there was a six-foot wall blocking the view from a nearby road. At the construction location, security guards were seen at an entrance gate.

There are also patrol officers in ATVs on the surrounding beaches. As of writing, Zuckerberg's alleged bunker still needs to be completed.

According to Mashable's latest report, the multi-million-dollar bunker is expected to be a 5,000-square-foot underground haven. Sources familiar with the alleged Koolau Ranch bunker said the main construction is estimated to be around $100 million.

They added that overall land purchases made by the tech executive could reach almost $170 million, leading to a total price tag of $270 million. However, some people claim this is just an underestimate, meaning that Mark Zuckerberg's Hawaiian bunker haven could cost over $300 million.

Enthusiasts said that the estimated price of Mark Zuckerberg's bunker in Hawaii is unparalleled in the local construction industry. The infrastructure's secrecy and security levels are also pretty high, as shared by one of the local construction officials affiliated with the project.

"The only other time you see that is when you're doing secure military installations," said the official via The Wired.

"For a private project to have an NDA attached to it is very rare," he added.

This is not the first time a billionaire has reportedly built his own doomsday bunker. Previous rumors also claimed that other rich individuals, such as Elon Musk, also have their own apocalypse hideouts.

Aside from this, the multi-million-dollar panic room of the Meta CEO could also host more than 30 bathrooms, 30 bedrooms, and a series of interconnected tree houses that are suspended by rope bridges.

These suspended tree houses would give lucky guests a unique treetop experience. But, the most notable features that Mark Zuckerberg's bunker could have are two mansions linked by a tunnel to the underground panic room.
