Dunkin' employees in Texas allegedly pointed guns at some customers just because of a complaint. The El Paso Police Department said that the conflict began when a woman and her boyfriend complained about the rude service they received.
The three suspects were identified as 17-year-old Jesus Dominguez, 19-year-old Elijah Richard Garcia, and 20-year-old Luis Arturo Dominguez. Law enforcement officials said that these suspects were arrested. They face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. But, how did their conflict with the two customers turn out into a deadly scenario? Here's what police officials said.
Texas: Dunking' Employees Pointed Guns at Customers Over Complaint
According to ABC WMAR 2 Baltimore's latest report, the incident happened earlier this December after a Dunkin' customer called the police to ask for help after an employee allegedly brandished his gun.
The Dec. 9 incident happened at the Dunkin' Donuts store at 9114 Dyer St. at the Hondo Pass Center in Northeast El Paso, as reported by the El Paso Times.
Cops who responded to the Dunkin' store said that the woman and her boyfriend visited the branch's drive-thru to order some doughnuts. The lady claimed that one of the employees was very rude to them during their transaction.
Because of this, the woman asked the staff to call their manager. Aside from this, she shared how the employee at the end of the intercom talked to them with very explicit language.
What's worse is that the rude staff she was talking to said that he was actually the manager. When the two customers drove to the window, they were met by Garcia and the Dominguez brothers who walked out of the store to confront them.
"During this altercation, the three employees brandished handguns," said the El Paso Police Department.
Law enforcement authorities said that one of the Dunkin' employees chambered a round in his pistol (meaning he loaded his gun with bullets) and pointed at the 41-year-old lady customer.
They added that the staff threatened the two customers, saying that they would all "die tonight."

The Dunkin' branch in El Paso said that are already aware of the incident and confirmed that the franchised team members involved in the incident were all terminated.
The coffee and doughnut company added that the branch is still cooperating with the police as they continue investigating the three staff.
"The franchised team members have been terminated and the franchisee is fully cooperating with police in their investigation," said the Dunkin' management.
