Lea Michele Stuns On Cover Of Glamour, Talks About Dealing With Emotional And Physical Pain Relating To Loss Of Cory Moneith

Lea Michele keeps the memory of her late love Cory Monteith alive by honoring him in any way she can, even if that means openly talking about dealing with her loss.

Michele is Glamour magazine's cover girl for their April issue. Once again, Michele talks about the physical and emotional pain of losing a loved one and how she is trying to move on with her life.

"I'm just so glad we're in a new year," Michele told the magazine. "I feel physically and emotionally very strong. You don't know how strong you are until you have to be. I lost my grandfather a couple of years ago and I always feel that he's watching over me. I feel the exact same way about Cory. Every day when I go running, I feel like he's pushing me to run harder."

The "Glee" actress revealed she had planned a future with Monteith that included starting a family.

"We talked about a lot of things," Michele added. "We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We were done. We were it. When you're at that place in your life with someone, you talk about everything. But today I feel like I was given the best part of Cory and I'm thankful for that."

Michele told Glamour she is adjusting to "being along," but can feel Monteith's presence everywhere she goes. The actress recently told E! News she is grateful to have fallen in love with Monteith.

"And I'm so grateful to get to say that I experienced true love, and I think that a lot of people, unfortunately, don't. They'll go a whole lifetime without experiencing it, and I did, and I consider myself so lucky that I got to. And when I listen to 'You're Mine,' it takes me back to the best time in my life. So whenever I need to remember that, I play that song. I think that that's the power of music. It's therapy. It gives you whatever it is you need in that moment, and it's really been the greatest medicine for me."
