The Good Wife Season 5 Spoilers: Lemond Bishop Is Back and In Trouble

Someone may be talking.

When we return to "The Good Wife" next Sunday, Lamond Bishop is back. (If you recall, he made an appearance at the Florrick & Agos Christmas party during the 100th episode.) There was some speculation that Bishop's business at FA could cause problems for the firm. Well, according to TVLine.com, the problems could in fact be for Lamond Bishop.

"Bishop brought his illegitimate business over to Florrick Agos, and some of his employees are [suddenly] being arrested," Executive Producer Robert King said according to TVLine. "So there is a worry about [possible] leaks coming out of Florrick Agos that are hurting [him]."

"It's this very complicated picture that starts with a crime case but turns quickly into suspicion that there's a leak at F.A.," King also said according TVLine.

The website reports three suspects of the leak - Cary, Clarke and Robyn.

Mike Colter, who plays Bishop, previewed his character's return in a previous article on the Entertainment Weekly website. Colter said his character could create issues for Florrick & Agos.

"I think for the most part, when they were dealing with me when they were with Lockhart/Gardner it was because they had to," Colter said according to EW.com. "It was a necessary evil because the partners decided it was good for the business. They kept going with it. Now they're trying to redefine themselves as a new law firm they're realizing do we need people like him? And if we do need people like him, how are we different from Lockhart/Gardner? What is this all for?"

Colter also described how Lemond Bishop would factor into the Lockhart & Gardner vs. Florrick & Agos storyline.

"It's not only which firm he's going to choose, but who's going to choose him," Colter said according to the website. "Who really wants him? And who's he going to end up with?"

"The Good Wife" returns March 9 on CBS.
