Klaus hasn't had any real romantic connection with anyone since he left Mystic Falls. While "The Originals" fans everywhere just one want girl to give this guy a chance, he doesn't seem to be having any luck. According to EOnline, that may not be changing anytime soon.
"I feel like he is and sort of always has been a loner," Joseph Morgan said according to the website. "That doesn't mean there won't be liaisons with other characters, you know, he's not a hermit, but he finds it very difficult to relate to people."
There's also some bad news for those holding out hope for more Klaroline in the near future. Executive Producer Caroline Dries' recent comments to TVLine, made it seem as if the book may be closed on "Klaroline" for now.
"Personally, I think she needed to get it out of her system," Dries said of the Karoline/Klaus hook-up during the 100th episode, according to TVLine.com. "When they had their scene, she made it pretty clear she never wanted to see him again, so in that sense, she needed to get it out of her system. ... It feels like she's closed the book on that."
You don't have to be totally down Klaus fans. EOnline also reported there could be some "flirtation" ahead for Klaus.
The original hybrid is probably more worried about getting revenge on Marcel and his sister rather than his love life. According to the Entertainment Weekly website, this will give Rebekah and Marcel some thinking to do as to their next move.
"I think Rebekah knows that if they don't leave, it may be the end of her," Claire Holt said according to EW.com. "Klaus will find a way to put her in a box or ruin her life. She's very scared. She also knows Marcel's history with the city and how strongly he feels about it and how easy it won't be for him to just go. So it's going to be very interesting."
"The Originals" airs Thursdays at 8/7c on The CW.
