Pakistan, sitting No. 2 in the Asia Cup standings, bounced back from their opening loss to Sri Lanka with wins over Afghanistan and India. Sunday's match against India was decided by one wicket, thanks in part to Man of the Match-winner Mohammad Hafeez, who took two wickets and scored a game-high 75 runs.

Shahid Afridi scored 34 runs without getting out, and Pakistan will look for more consistency from the batsman in the coming matches.

"I had played some stupid shots in the previous games to get out," Afridi said, via CricBuzz.com. "I know that my batting is very important to my team, so I have to be consistent in my batting."

Bangladesh, meanwhile, sits at the bottom of the Asia Cup standings. The team lost their only two matches so far: India won by six wickets and Afghanistan won by 32 runs. Bangladesh's batsmen, led by Mominul Haque's 50 runs, played well against Afghanistan, but Bangladesh bowlers struggled to restrict runs and managed to take only four wickets.
