The 'Madame Web' star Dakota Johnson, who has been dating Chris Martin for six years, has revealed whether she sees motherhood in her future.
In a recent extensive interview with Bustle, the actress also expressed regret for her role in the highly criticized 'Madame Web,' admitting she was not surprised by the movie's reception.
Johnson Shares Possibility of Motherhood
Dakota told the Bustle in a March interview that she was open to having kids. She said she had reached a point where she had to experience everything life offers, especially as a woman.
However, she has decided to leave it up to destiny.
"If that's meant to happen for me, I'm totally down for it," she continued. She claimed that she had been tripping out recently like she would not be here for very long, as there was so much to eat up, learn, and grow from the experience and feelings.
Johnson said that if she was meant to be a mother, bring it on.
After all, the 'Fifty Shades of Grey' star shared that she has a great relationship with the Coldplay frontman's children, Apple and Moses, whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow.
According to E! News, she said she loves those kids with all her heart as her life depended on it.
The Oscar winner has previously discussed the importance of maintaining a positive co-parenting dynamic between her and Martin.
In January 2020, Paltrow told Harper's Bazaar that she thinks they initially put all the hard work in. The Goop founder responded when asked about Johnson, saying she loves and adores her.

Johnson, Martin Confirms Romance
Fans began to speculate that Johnson might be dating Martin when she was photographed at a Coldplay performance. Even though they remained silent for months, a few more sightings hinted that they were more than just friends.
The couple held hands at the SIR Studios debut of Stella McCartney's Women's Autumn 2018 and Men's Autumn/Winter 2018 Collections, confirming to fans that they were dating.
The Coldplay singer and the actress appeared to be flaunting their infinity-matching tattoos. Johnson said in a short message, confirming her relationship with Martin during an interview with Tatler.
"I refuse to discuss it," she informed the newspaper. "But I am very happy."
When it came time for her lover to appear on Saturday Night Live, Johnson returned the favor after Martin had stood by her at her glitzy 30th birthday celebration in October. The couple attended the formal after-party together to celebrate the unique show.
Furthermore, Johnson put on her director's hat for Coldplay's 'Cry, Cry, Cry' music video. The film's narrative is about a couple who support one another through difficult times and comfort one another when they cry.
