Riley Strain Missing: Luke Bryan 'Praying' for Missou Student Who Vanished After Being 'Kicked Out' of His Branded Bar

The country music star posted the message on Instagram

Country music star Luke Bryan is asking his fans to share any information they might have about missing college student Riley Strain, who disappeared after being out of his Nashville bar.

Strain, 22, was visiting Nashville with other members of his fraternity when he was kicked out of Luke's 32 Bridge bar on Friday night. He hasn't been seen since.

Bryan posted a statement on Instagram from the restaurant group that operates the bar and restaurant with his own message saying, "Y'all this is scary. Praying for his safe return."

The country star is also a judge on ABC's American Idol.

Strain told his fraternity brothers that he planned to go back to their hotel - but he may have gotten lost, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

On Tuesday, the Metro Nashville Police Department released a video of Strain crossing 1st Ave North to Gay St, at 9:47 p.m. on Friday. They are asking anyone with information about him to give them a call.

Strain is 6-foot-5, 160 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing brown boots, jeans and a black-and-white shirt the evening he disappeared.

His stepfather Christopher Whiteid is calling the situation a "nightmare."

Mizzou officials have been in contact with Strain's family and Nashville law enforcement since the disappearance.

"The safety of our community is our highest priority," said Angela King Taylor, interim vice chancellor for Student Affairs in a statement.

"Our thoughts are with Riley's family as the search continues. We will be offering any support to them that we can, and we encourage anyone who needs help to reach out to our counseling resources."

"It's so hard," His mother Michelle Whiteid told WSMV. "I just need to know where my son is."
