Cara Delevingne is "devastated" by the roaring inferno that destroyed her $7 million mansion in Los Angeles early Friday, her parents said.
"I think she's probably devastated," the model's mom, Pandora Delevingne, told a photographer in a video obtained by TMZ.
"She had everything in her home. Her whole life," the mother said Friday as she and her husband, Charles, waited to see their daughter's performance in "Cabaret" in London.
Charles added while in line at the Playhouse Theatre that the cause of the blaze may have been electrical, saying "something fell on" a powerline in heavy winds.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire Department told the New York Post's Page Six that the department received a call at about 3:57 a.m. Friday about a "heavy fire."
The fire began in the back of the Hollywood Hills property and "consumed" a room, leading to the collapse of the roof.
The fire, which burned for more than two hours, involved 94 firefighters. One firefighter was injured.
There was "nothing to suggest that it was criminal activity," the fire department told the outlet, adding that no official cause has yet been released. "There is no indication of an arson or criminal investigation right now," the Los Angeles Police Department told Page Six.
The model-actress wrote on Instagram on Friday that her heart is "broken."
"I cannot believe it. Life can change in a blink of an eye. So cherish what you have," she said.
Delevingne shared that message over a photo over her two cats, but later clarified in another post that the cats were safe, thanks to firefighters.
