The victim pleaded with White to stop the attack, before she eventually managed to call 911.
Upon the authorities' arrival, evidence of the shooting was uncovered within the residence.
Deputies noted a trail of blood leading from the bedroom to the dining room, where they found the victims's cell phone.
Four 40mm casings and a Smith & Wesson SD40 firearm were also recovered from the scene.
The victim was promptly transported to Gulf Coast Medical Center to receive treatment for her injuries.
