Hollywood superstar Megan Fox recently opened up about her experiences with cosmetic surgery, during an appearance on the podcast, "Call Her Daddy."
Fox, 37, shared that she first had plastic surgery as a young starlet - shortly after her 2007 breakout role in Michael Bay's "Transformers."
The actress and model said that she initially had breast augmentation surgery when she was "21 or 22" but added that she needed supplemental procedures after having three children.
"I don't know where [my breasts] went, but they went," she told the podcast's host Alex Cooper before adding that she also "had to have them redone very recently."
"The first set, I didn't have enough body fat to disguise ... the rippling of the implant, so I had to switch them out to this set," Fox said. "It's a very traumatizing experience for me."
In addition to the breast implants, the "Jennifer's Body" star shared that she had gotten one nose job but not "six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries" like some have speculated.
Fox attributes the difference in her facial features to contouring her nose within "one inch of its life," making it look like "it's just nostrils like Voldemort."
In general, however, the actress said she avoids intense cosmetic procedures due to a deep-seated fear of anesthesia. She has never had a facelift or liposuction, though she does occasionally get Botox.
"I don't like surgery. My body does not react well to general anesthesia, and so when I go to have a surgery, it's a very big deal," she told Cooper. I'm very afraid of dying under general anesthesia. I don't take surgery lightly. and therefore I have not had many of them."
