Pop diva Beyoncé has done it all: sold-out concerts, a string of No. 1 singles and a list of acting credits to her name. Now, the megastar admits to wanting more children, according to Entertainment Wise.
"Definitely I would like to have more children," Beyonce said. "Motherhood has changed everything. You see things a bit differently after you give birth and my biggest job now is to protect my child.
"After giving birth there's a moment of rediscovery when you are making sure you still have goals and take care of yourself as a woman," she said.
The hit-maker, who struggles with the balancing act of being a performer and a mother, realizes that performing is only temporary.
"The rest of the day I'm with my family, I'm changing diapers and I'm with my mother who reminds me, 'Girl, you're not a Queen'. So it's good to have the balance," Beyoncé said.
Recently, the powerhouse diva brought her daughter on stage, People reported. As Beyoncé sang a few lines from her hit single, "Irreplaceable", Blue Ivy Carter appeared on stage wearing a white dress and large headphones.
Fifteen-month old Blue Ivy held her mother's hand as thousands of fans looked on. Beyoncé told ABC News that she is overprotective of her daughter.
"I just want to make sure that [Blue Ivy] can have a healthy, safe, normal life. ... In the back of my mind, she's my priority. And life is completely different now."
The Mrs. Carter Tour heads to United Kingdom May 7 to May 9. The tour will also make stops in Ireland, Belgium, and Italy.
Beyoncé makes her way to impress American fans on June 28 in Los Angeles, CA at the Staples Center.
