The identity of a California teenager who was murdered Saturday has now been discovered.

Through the family's GoFundMe page, Sasha Donnelly has been identified as the 17-year-old girl recently killed in a double Napa homicide.

Donnelly and an unnamed 19-year-old female victim were shot to death on Saturday evening on the 400 block of Riverside Drive near the Napa River, according to Kron4 News.

"It is with extreme sadness that we come together to support the Donnelly family during their loss. If you've met the Donnelly family, you know the type of amazing people they are. Sasha also leaves behind two young siblings... who are also processing this horrible tragedy," read the GoFundMe page.

While there are few details surrounding the case, police say the victims are acquaintances and have familial ties to Napa.

Detectives apprehended 22-year-old John Richard Wesley Nicholson Jr. of Vallejo 48 hours after the brutal murder and have charged him with two counts of murder.

The Napa County District Attorney's Office disclosed that Nicholson planned the murders and carried out the shootings with viciousness and a high degree of cruelty.

Nicholson did not enter a plea during his first court appearance.
