After the accused 'Idaho 4' killer Bryan Kohberger finally revealed what he says he was doing the night of the killings, A former FBI agent is calling his alibi 'a bunch of Malarkey.'

Bryan Kohberger, who stands accused of killing four University of Idaho students, has recently presented the court with an updated alibi for the time of the murders.

Kohberger, 29, claims he was out driving the night of the killings on Nov. 13, 2022.

"What will they say about the time his phone was off? What program did their experts use? What about BK's car seen on video? There is a lot of money and notoriety at stake for this expert," questioned former FBI Agent Coffindaffer in a post to X.

Kohberger's alibi stated he was driving as he "often did to hike and run and/or see the moon and stars."

Coffindaffer expressed her distaste for the new development: "I feel bad for Mr. Goncalves (the father of murdered Idaho student Kaylee Goncalves) and all the victim families for this slap in the face. I say slap in the face because there is no alibi, and yet, Bryan and Ann (the defense lawyer) chose to concoct this," she said.

Bryan Christopher Kohberger was arrested on December 30, 2022 in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, on four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary after fatally stabbing the students at an off-campus residence in Moscow, Idaho.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
