Fifteen people were rushed to a local hospital after a tourist tram accident at Universal Studios Hollywood on Saturday.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department said the injuries appeared to be minor. The incident occurred around 9 p.m.
Details of the crash were not immediately available, including if any other vehicles were involved.
"There was a tram incident at the theme park tonight that resulted in multiple minor injuries, confirmed by the LA County Fire Dept.," Universal Studios Hollywood said in a statement obtained by CBS News. "We are working to support our guests and understand the circumstances that led to the accident.
Universal Studios Hollywood is the #1 tourist destination in Los Angeles, according to the park's media department.
The backlot tour is celebrating its 60th anniversary next week. It gives park visitors a behind the scenes tour of sets used for some of Hollywood's most iconic movies and TV shows.
The California Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the incident.
