The man who allegedly attacked Dave Chappelle onstage at the Hollywood Bowl in 2022 is now suing the venue and the security staff.

Isaiah Lee rushed the stage and tackled the comedian to protest his jokes, according to court documents seen by TMZ.

Lee says security staff brutally beat him, spit on him and dislocated his elbow. He claimed that security also allowed Chappelle's team to beat him too.

Lee was brought to the hospital with minor injuries, while Chappelle suffered no injuries.

The suit claims the venue knew about Chappelle's history of telling offensive jokes, including ones about people's sexual identity, yet Lee wasn't warned.

Lee reportedly identifies as bisexual.
