A Pittsburgh woman who disappeared from a central Pennsylvania liquor store more than two months ago is now considered a homicide victim as police turn their focus towards finding her killer.

Tracy Scanlon, also known as Tracy Zalenski, was last seen leaving a Wine and Spirits Store on Union Deposit Road in Harrisburg in late February.

Scanlon was initially reported missing by the Millvale Police Department. She was described as white, approximately 5'5" and approximately 115 lbs. with blonde hair.

The Susquehanna Township Police now says her disappearance is now a homicide investigation.

Police say there has been no contact with Tracy's family or friends since she disappeared.

They say Scanlon was temporarily living with an acquaintance at the time she went missing.

Originally from Allegheny County, the Susquehanna Township Police are collaborating with law enforcement agencies in the Pittsburgh area.

It was not explained why the case was now classified as a homicide case and no suspect or arrest was announced in the case.
