The third adult suspect allegedly responsible for a deadly shooting during the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl rally earlier this year appeared in court Monday.

After spending nearly three months hospitalized for injuries sustained during the shooting, Dominic Miller, 18, was formally charged with second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action Monday, according to KCTV-TV.

Miller, along with co-defendants Lyndell Mays, 23, and Terry Young, 20, are accused in the Valentine's Day slaying of 43-year-old Lisa Lopez-Galvan, a beloved local radio host.

Police allege an argument triggered the violent confrontation, and it was Miller's bullet that fatally struck Lopez-Galvan, KMBC-TV reported.

At least 20 other people were also injured during the incident.

Attorney information for Miller was not immediately available.

Three teens have also been charged in connection with the shooting, according to The Kansas City Star.

Miller was remanded to Jackson County Jail where he awaits a bond hearing Monday.
