As former president Donald Trump's hush money trial continues, the jury was presented with a list on Thursday detailing his most notable contacts from 2017, which feature some unexpected names including Bill Belichik and Serena Williams.
Senior reporter for Politico, Kyle Cheney, posted the extensive list to social media platform X.
Among the expected names on the list are Trump's legal counsel and prominent media figures like Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly.
The unexpected has raised a few questions.
Notably, tennis champion Serena Williams appeared in Trump's contacts, having hit the ceremonial first serve at a new tennis center at the Trump National Golf Club in 2015, just two months before Trump announced his candidacy for the presidency.
NFL star quarterback Tom Brady, who made headlines when a photo circulated on social media featuring a 'Make America Great Again' hat in his football locker, also popped up on the list.
Brady had initially expressed positive sentiments towards Trump, stating "it would be great" if he were elected, though he later retracted this statement.
The contact list was revealed when White House aide Madeleine Westerhout gave testimony in the former president's hush money case, where he is accused of falsifying business records in connection with a payoff to Stormy Daniels, a porn star who claimed she had a sexual encounter with him.
