A high school game announcer found himself in hot water after he was heard on the mic making inappropriate comments about high school athletes, coaches, and parents, going as far as saying, "I can feel the a-- from here."

The third-place girls soccer matchup in the Kansas Class 4A-1A state championship tournament on Saturday between Rose Hill and McPherson was aired live online via the NFHS Network streaming service.

During halftime, a parent at the game captured the announcer speaking with an unidentified person in the press box.

The announcer is heard complaining about the play on the field in the first half, openly criticizing the players and coaches in the game.

The video ultimately identifies the speaker as Toby Moore, who later confirmed in a statement that he was the announcer caught on the hot mic.

The unidentified person is heard encouraging Moore to call out the players on the broadcast, but Moore revealed that doing so would be against his "policy."

"Actions have consequences. It is my policy. It is beneath my dignity to call out high school players. I'm going to try and subtly do it, but I'm just going to say, this game blows."

In poor taste, Moore joked about self-harm because the performance on the field was allegedly that bad.

The other person alluded to something along the lines of "soccer moms" in the stands being one positive plus to calling the games.

Moore is heard agreeing to this sentiment before he offered up his own disgusting thoughts on one of the parents who was facing the press box.

"F*** yeah, baby. Up top, baby. The one that's facing us? See if she can tear it the f*** off. I can't see the legs, but I can feel the a** from here," he said.

Neither Moore nor the other person realized their conversation was being recorded; however, Moore did acknowledge that if anybody did listen, they would "be in trouble."

"This conversation never happened, by the way," said Moore.

Moments later, the announcer turns his attention back on the game, revealing he had "gotten it out of his system."

After the audio recording was brought to light, an on-site source told Awful Announcing that Toby Moore will reportedly not be allowed to cover sporting events in the future and will no longer be working for the local producer, 810 Varsity Productions.

"I would like to apologize to the Rose Hill and McPherson schools, players, coaches, families, and communities for my remarks last Saturday," the disgraced broadcaster shared in a statement to Awful Announcing.

"They were tasteless, stupid, and inexcusable. Those comments did not reflect the tremendous season and hard work both sides had during the year."
