A woman on TikTok quickly went viral after posting a video exposing her interview experience with what she claims is a widely-known, female-owned media company.

User Genevieve Tankosich created a "get ready with me video" (GRWM) and described the extensive five rounds of interviews while applying her make-up for the day.

While she doesn't name the media company, she indicates it wouldn't be very hard to decipher which massively popular female-led organization she's speaking of.

This company was reportedly hiring someone to run their social media campaign, leading her to "obviously" apply for the position.

In the third interview, Tankosich was asked to create a deck compiling her content ideas, which she says she went above and beyond with, creating a very comprehensive portfolio of her ideas in the hope of impressing the hiring team.

By the fifth meeting, the TikTok user was meeting with the chief creative officer as well as the founders, whom she said didn't seem very interested in her or any of her proposals.

At that point, she said she was willing to accept that maybe she wasn't the right candidate to fill the position; however, knowing that it had only come down to her and one other interviewee, she was taken aback to receive no further communication, essentially ghosting her.

But what really upset her, she revealed, was that they not only ghosted her, but they stole all of the content ideas she had pitched very aggressively during her interview process.

She describes the portfolio as a satirical news campaign that now appears on the media company's website.

"It wasn't just one or two ideas," the woman explained, it was an extensive outline of her working designs, which can now also be seen on the company's sub-accounts.

She ends the video by expressing her disappointment, especially considering the high regard she held for the company, while adding that she's looked up to them for quite some time.
