A shooting near a college in Los Angeles on Friday night has left one man dead and four others injured.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department revealed homicide detectives are investigating a shooting death reported around 8:00 p.m. on Greenleaf Boulevard in Compton.
Law enforcement disclosed that the shooting happened near Compton College but was not connected to the school.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene. Another man and three females injured were transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
No information was immediately available on the suspect.
