Police in New Hampshire say they arrested a man who was driving his motorcycle 141 mph on Interstate 93.
The state police say Aaron LaFlower, 21, of Belmont was going between 124 and 141 miles an hour as he weaved in and out of traffic while heading southbound on Sunday.
A trooper was monitoring traffic from an aircraft above the highway when he spotted the motorcycle. Troopers on the ground were able to stop LaFlower.
He was arrested and charged with reckless operation. He was released on a personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be in court on July 26.
"Excessive speeding is dangerous and claims innocent lives," said Capt. Matthew Amatucci. "The State Police will continue to conduct enforcement operations to improve road safety for all residents and visitors."
LaFlower was just one of more than two dozen drivers stopped by state troopers during a traffic enforcement crackdown on Sunday.
28 drivers were caught doing speeds over 90 mph. Nine cars were going over 100 mph.
The New Hampshire State Police uses a Cessna 182 aircraft and other advanced technology and tools to monitor and enforce traffic laws.
