A driver linked to an Ohio mass shooting faced a judge Monday morning after turning himself into police.

DeAngelo Fuller, 19, allegedly led police on a high-speed chase that reached speeds over 100 mph following a mass shooting on Saturday.

The Columbus Division of Police says he surrendered at police headquarters and identified himself as the driver of the Honda Civic police had been seeking in connection with the violence.

Fuller was charged with Obstructing Official Business. They did not indicate if they believed he fired any shots during the incident.

At his initial court appearance Monday morning, his bond was set at $100,000, according to the Columbus Dispatch.

Columbus police were on the lookout for the vehicle after 10 young men and boys were shot in the Short North area of Columbus early Sunday Morning.

One victim was in critical condition but police said that all of the victims, who range in age from 16 to 27, are expected to survive.

Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther said the shooing was "unacceptable" and pleaded for people in the community to "step up with tips and information to hold the perpetrators of this shooting accountable."
