Matthew Perry's ketamine suppliers might be charged in connection with his untimely death.

Unnamed law enforcement sources suggested "multiple people" may face criminal charges as the Los Angeles Police Department wraps up its investigation into the Friends' star's death, according to PEOPLE.

Perry died in October after he was found unresponsive in his L.A. hot tub. He was 54.

In May, it was revealed investigators were zeroing in on the actor's ketamine dealers.

The L.A. County Department of Medical Examiner ruled that Perry died as a result of "the acute effects of ketamine" with "drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine" cited as contributing factors.

While Perry had been receiving medically supervised ketamine infusions to treat his depression, the drugs found during the coroner's investigation were not from medical professionals. Sources previously told TMZ that investigators had approached individuals connected to recreational drug use, in order to find more information regarding Perry's death.

Perry went to rehab 15 times during his lifelong battle with drug and alcohol addiction. He opened about the experience in his 2022 memoir, Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing – detailing the millions of dollars spent and numerous medical procedures he underwent as a result of his addiction.
