A 62-year-old deli worker in Woodside, Queens is in critical condition with internal brain bleeding and a fractured face following a vicious attack by a man dressed in black garb with green hair.

New York police have busted a green-haired man wanted for a vicious attack against a 62-year-old deli worker.

A sickening video posted to Instagram shows the crazed attack on the Queens deli worker into critical condition inside the deli on Broadway near 64th Street in Woodside.

The NYPD confirms to HNGN that Osvel Diaz, 29, is facing attempted murder and assault charges.

It all started with a bump into the store employee at about 11:20 p.m. on June 17. It ignited a violent attack.

Surveillance video shows Diaz, dressed in black with a nest of green hair, punching the victim and brutally throwing him to the floor.

While the victim tried to pick himself up and kick the attacker away, Diaz only came back rougher, continuing to pound into the man before trapping him in a corner by the coffee machine.

Another employee tried to intervene and put an end to the assault; however, Diaz kept punching and kicking the 62-year-old with zero restraint.

Once unconscious, he kicked the man in the head seven times in a row, and as the camera spots him heading out the door, he turns around and kicks him in in the head three more times until his face is covered in blood.

Medics rushed the worker to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition.

He suffered a brain bleed and multiple fractured bones, his son told WABC-TV.

"There's a certain part of his bone that is detached from a very important part of his face," the victim's son said.

Authorities arrested Diaz, who had a young child with him, near the deli on Wednesday evening and also charged him with endangering the welfare of a child.

People in the neighborhood called Diaz a menace.

"Once you mentioned the green hair, I knew I saw him because everybody looks at him; everybody crosses the street when they see him," one resident told WABC.

"He's weird. He's definitely weird."
