Vanessa Hudgens on Thursday seemingly called out paparazzi who revealed the news of her baby's birth before she and her husband, Los Angeles Angels baseball player Cole Tucker, could officially announce their happy news.
TMX on Wednesday published photos of the "High School Musical" star and Tucker leaving the hospital with their newborn.
"We're disappointed that our family's privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media," Hudgens, 35, wrote in her Instagram Story on Thursday. "Despite all of that, Mom dad and baby are happy and healthy."
Hudgens and Tucker announced their engagement in February 2023, and tied the knot in Tulum, Mexico in December that year. The actor and singer announced her pregnancy in March when she revealed her baby bump on the red carpet at the 96th Annual Academy Awards.
