
A man who was running late said he missed the ill-fated flight bound for São Paulo that crashed Friday not far from its intended destination.
The unidentified man told local media he argued with the airline worker at the gate, who subsequently denied him access to the plane.

Sixty-two people onboard, including 58 passengers and four members, died, according to Brazilian authorities, The New York Times reported.
