Believe NBC: What Are the Nature of Bo's Powers?; Questions to Review the Series Premiere

Tate escaped from prison, Bo used her gifts to help save a life and we've already gotten our first surprise of the show. Here are my questions from the series premiere of "Believe":

No. 1 - What are the nature of Bo's powers?

In the first episode it appeared as if Bo could see the future, get animals to do her bidding and elicit certain feelings from people. It's like her powers are all over the place. As Winter pointed out her powers appear to be connected to her emotions. So what is the source of Bo's powers? How much can she actually do? What are her weaknesses? How much does she know about her own powers?

No. 2 - What is the nature of Winter and Skouras' relationship?

We learned at the end of the episode, Winter and Skouras used to be partners. What caused them to separate? Why does it seem like Winter had to uproot his life and Skouras is still living in the lap of luxury? Did they partner up before or after they discovered Bo?

No. 3 - Were you surprised with the big reveal near the episode's end?

During Winter and Channing's conversation near episode's end, Winter revealed he didn't just leave Bo with a death row inmate - he left Bo with her father. Although it's a reasonable aspect to add to the show - and some of you out there watching may have seen this coming - finding out the relationship between Bo and Tate this early into the series is still fairly surprising. What else don't we know about Bo and Tate's relationship?

No. 4 - Will the first episode bring you back for more?

"Believe" already comes in with a bit of fanfare due Academy Award winner Alfonso Cuaron's role as one of the executive producers. There are already a few intriguing storylines from Bo and Tate's relationship as father and daughter to Winter and Skouras' relationship as former partners. In this episode, Bo used her powers to help a discouraged doctor refrain from quitting his job just in time to help a young girl. It appears "Believe" will follow the same format that makes it's fellow NBC show "The Blacklist" so good. Bo and Tate will most likely help a new person every week (much like the FBI takes on a new Blacklister every week) while the show unfolds the many storylines in which we still need answers. Will you be back for more "Believe"?
