Arsenal is in a hole after dropping the first leg against Bayern Munich, 2-0. While Arsenal faces the difficult task of coming bouncing back against arguably the world's best club, the Gunners have enough talent on their roster -- ranked No. 3 in the Premier League standings -- to accomplish it.

"Bayern are the big favourites in Europe, but I hope we can show we are very strong opponents," Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said, via IB Times. "The statistics are against us, but we have won 5-1 at Inter Milan and we have won pretty much everywhere in Europe.

"So if we are 1-0 up it makes the result possible and that is what we will try to do. We scored twice against Everton on Saturday in the last five minutes so we can't be nervous. We can be patient. ...

"It is a possible task for us. My team has quality and ambition. With a top performance we can do it. It would be absolutely great to win. A big win would set us up for the last few months of the season."

Bayern Munich will likely come out attacking. While the 2-0 lead is comfortable, it's not enough to let the club become complacent on the pitch against Arsenal.

"The main thing for us is avoiding a goal," Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola said. "We have to play with the mentality that we want to win the game."
