Houston Vs. SMU Live Radio Broadcast: AAC Championship 2014, QFs (LISTEN/WATCH)

The Houston Cougars play the Southern Methodist (SMU) Mustangs on Thursday in the American (AAC) Men's Championship quarterfinals. Tipoff is at 1:00 p.m. ET. Listen to the live radio broadcast or watch the live stream via the links provided below.

SMU (23-8) lost their final two games of the regular season and fell to 25th in the nation. Although the Mustangs blew a 14-point lead against Louisville and allowed Memphis to go on a 20-5 run in their last two losses, according to ESPN, SMU coach Larry Brown is confident his team can bounce back.

"I've just got to get them to not worry about bad stuff happening, to fight through it," Brown said, via ESPN. "Mistakes happen, but you have to learn how to play through it. ...

"We've had a hard time when adversity hits to be able to deal with it. This is kind of typical of us. We've always kind of competed at a high level and then, all of a sudden, stuff happens. We just haven't taken that next step to handle it. We kind of splinter a little bit."

Sophomore guard Nic Moore leads SMU in scoring with 13.9 points per game, and sophomore forward Markus Kennedy averages 12.0 points per game while grabbing a team-high 6.9 rebounds every contest.

Houston, meanwhile, had their four-game winning streak ended in Friday's regular-season finale against UCF. The Cougars (16-15) are led by junior forward TaShawn Thomas, who leads the team in both scoring (15.5 ppg) and rebounding (8.0 rpg).
