The first part of the primer was published on Friday, March 14. The second part will make its way onto the site on March 21, which will recap stories from the "World Cup" staring in 1990.

The Quidditch piece is the longest post ever written by Roweling for the Pottermore site. According to PerezHilton.com, there are many interesting points in the "History of the Quidditch World Cup" part 1.

"The rulebook regarding the use of magic on and off the field extends to 19 volumes, bans the use of dragons as a team mascot, coach, or cup warmer, and prohibits modifying the body of a referee (whether they asked for it or not)," according to the gossip blogger.

"The Quidditch World Cup Final of 1809 ended up with one ill-tempered player from New Spain (Mexico) jinxing an entire forest, which then sprang to life and marched upon the stadium, and resulted in a human versus tree battle," he added.
