Officials are investigating a brawl that occurred outside of a Delaware casino on Thursday, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Police officers in Dover were called to Dover Downs where around 200 people were reportedly fighting and acting disorderly. As they tried to break up the crowd, one man -- Lance Chadwick, 19 -- tried to run from the scene after fighting Christopher Cox, 21.
Chadwick and Cox, both of Brooklyn, New York, were arrested. Additionally, 22-year-old Danessa Claye of Staten Island, New York was detained as well.
According to the Journal, a majority of the crowd is believed to have been inside Doc Magrogan's Oyster House before the fight occurred.
A manager for Doc Magrogan's would not comment on the issue.
Some of the men arrested are students at Delaware State University, who are also investigating the incident.
"Any time a student is involved in problems off campus it's certainly something that we get the information about and we deal with through our judicial affairs process," Delaware State spokesman Carlos Holmes said in a statement.
Officials from Dover Downs would not comment on the brawl. According to the Wausau Daily Herald, another brawl in June including 50 to 100 people led to four arrests.
