A woman in Oklahoma was arrested on Friday in connection to the deaths of two women and a 6-year-old girl who went missing in 1992, NewsOK.com reported.
Beverly Noe, 67, was detained during a traffic stop near Drumright, according to officials from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
In April, the remains of Wendy Camp, 23, Lisa Kregear, 22, and Cynthia Britto, 6, were discovered in a grave in Pawnee County. The three were missing since May 29, 1992. Each death was ruled a homicide in March.
Camp, Kregear, and Britto disappeared after leaving Oklahoma City to visit Camp's son, who lived with his father, Chad Noe. Beverly Noe is Chad Noe's mother.
According to authorities, the land where the remains were found was owned by Chad Noe's grandmother and uncle at one point. A .38-caliber Ruger revolver and 6 1/2-inch were also discovered at the site of the grave.
Investigators say Noe picked the three up in Oklahoma City. She reportedly told investigators that she dropped them off at a Walmart in Chandler, though no one at the store that day said they saw them.
In 2013, Noe's brother, Grover Prewitt, Jr., told the Creek County District Attorney where the bodies of the women and child may have been buried.
In July, he was charged as an accessory to a first-degree murder. He told authorities that his mother asked him to fill a hole he originally dug for a septic tank and sprinkle it with pepper to cover odors.
