The Connecticut Huskies play the Iowa State Cyclones on Friday in the Sweet 16 round of the 2014 NCAA Tournament. Tipoff is at 7:27 p.m. ET. Watch the free live stream or listen to the radio broadcast via the links provided below.
Seven-seed Connecticut defeated Saint Joseph's and Villanova to earn a spot in the Sweet 16. A big part of the Huskies' success is due to senior guard Shabazz Napier, who's proven throughout his career he's capable of turning in big games. Napier, who leads Connecticut in scoring, has averaged 24.5 points in Connecticut's first two games of the NCAA Tournament.
With Connecticut a short distance from Madison Square Garden in New York, Napier believes his team will have something akin to a home court advantage.
"When we are at home games and we're tired, and they get us going, I don't think anybody on the court would be tired after that," Napier told the Associated Press. "Guys are just exerting all their energy that they possibly have and pushing themselves to get the game."
Third-seeded Iowa State, meanwhile, advanced to Friday's game after blowing out North Carolina Central and narrowly escaping North Carolina with an 85-83 win.
Senior guard DeAndre Kane played a big part in the Cyclones' first two wins of the tournament, averaging 19 points, six assists and 8.4 rebounds.
