'Biggest Loser' Winner Rachel Frederickson Gains 20 Pounds Since Show's Finale: 'I Think I'm At My Perfect Weight'

The latest winner of "The Biggest Loser" competition Rachel Frederickson caused backlash for some claiming she lost "too much" weight at 105 lbs. Now, Frederickson showed off her 125-pound frame in the latest issue of Us Weekly.

Frederickson told US Weekly she is happy with her weight gain and continues to lead a healthy lifestyle.

"I think I'm at my perfect weight," Frederickson told the magazine.

"I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," she added. "I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

Frederickson also revealed the NBC weightloss show provides her with a psychologist and nutritionist she can contact when she needs them.

"We have monthly calls with the other contestants and the show psychologist," Frederickson explained to Us Weekly. "And our nutritionist is available 24/7. I'll call her from the farmers' market and say, 'What is this? How would I cook it?'"

Her diet and exercise routine have also drastically changed since the show ended. Frederickson revealed during an interview with PEOPLE magazine in February she ate 1,600 calories in her daily diet and worked out six hours a day to lose extra pounds.

PEOPLE asked Frederickson if she had an eating disorder, to which the "Biggest Loser" winner replied she is extremely healthy. The show's producers also confirmed Frederickson passed all the medical tests required during the competition.

"Rachel passed all the required medical tests ensuring she was healthy," the show's executive producer Dave Broome told PEOPLE.

Frederickson went from weighing 260 lbs. to settling at 125 lbs., her ideal weight. Even though she received a lot of negative backlash for her dramatic weight loss, Frederickson looks at it as a "gift.

"It started a discussion about body image," she told Us Weekly. "That's huge."
