Milwaukee improved to 4-2 after sweeping the Boston Red Sox in their three-game series. Their latest win, a 4-0 shutout on Sunday, saw pitcher Yovani Gallardo give up seven hits and no runs through just over six innings.

Kyle Lohse (0-1, 3.86 ERA) will be tasked with following Gallardo's no-run game. Lohse, who lost his first start of the season to Atlanta, is somewhat familiar with Philadelphia: he pitched for them in the second half of 2007, the Associated Press reports.

"That was the year we caught the Mets, when we were down seven games with 17 to play," Lohse told MLB.com, via the Associated Press. "Unfortunately, we ran into the Rockies that year, when they won 22 in a row or whatever it was to get in the playoffs. They were on fire. But I enjoyed my time (in Philadelphia). It was fun to be a part of that comeback."

The Phillies, meanwhile, are 3-3 after winning two of their three games against the Chicago Cubs. Pitcher Kyle Kendrick (0-0, 1.29) will start in his second straight Home Opener.

"The fans are going to be excited and I'm looking forward to it," Kendrick told the Associated Press. "We'll be back home for the first time this year and hopefully we can get a win. That's the main thing."

The game was originally scheduled for Monday, but officials postponed it because of the anticipation of bad weather.
