According to Media Take Out, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have put their wedding on "pause." Sources told the site that the couple has decided to postpone their upcoming nuptials and it's not clear for how long.
MTO said they spoke to a producer at E! Network who said everyone is panicking because the two were all set to walk down the aisle and have the ceremony filmed for an E! special but Kardashian's people dropped the bombshell at the last minute.
Reportedly, the reality star's rep told E! on Apr. 16 that the wedding was put "on hold." MTO claims Kardashian's rep did not offer an explanation. The source at E! believes Kardashian and West may have split.
"It was all set, booked and everything. How can you put it on pause like that... unless they broke up," the source told MTO.
Despite MTO's report, Kardashian and West were recently spotted in Paris presumably to finalize wedding plans. According to an Apr. 16 report by E! News, everything was still on schedule for the wedding.
A source told E! that guests have already been given a tentative time for the ceremony.
"Save-the-dates haven't gone out in a traditional sense," the source said. "It's been word of mouth so far - nothing on paper. But everyone has started making travel arrangements."
The source also told E! that the "Black Skinhead" rapper has been calling shots for the ceremony and his bride-to-be is "on board" with everything.
"Kanye is definitely running the show. The wedding will reflect his taste and style. Kim is on board," the source said. "That means no more Vera Wang or giant crosses - Kanye would never. It's about high style and high fashion, taste, elegance."
Reportedly the ceremony is going to a lot more private and intimate than Kardashian's August 2011 wedding to Kris Humphries.
"I think people will be surprised by the size," the source said. "It's not going to be as massive as everyone thinks. It won't be a tiny affair, but there won't be 1,000 people either."
