Bryan Singer Lawsuit Update: FBI Documents Detail Michael Egan's Assault Claims, But 'X-Men' Director's Name Is No Where To Be Found?

FBI court documents reportedly claim Bryan Singer's alleged victim Michael Egan brought up sexual assault allegations to authorities, but didn't name the "X-Men" director in his claims.

TMZ claims to have obtained FBI documents detailing Egain's alleged assault. TMZ sources confirmed Egan went to the authorities in 2000, but Singer's name wasn't brought up in his assault claims:

In the affidavit -- dated May, 2003 -- Egan says Shackley's younger brother invited him to a graduation party at the Encino estate. According to the docs, there were 5 to 6 people present, including [mansion owners Marc Collins-Rector and Chad Shackley]-- Singer is not mentioned.

Egan claims during the party, Rector told him "90 percent of show business was gay and that you needed to sleep with people if you wanted to go anywhere." Rector allegedly warned, "We stay together, but you do not want to see my dark side," and then displayed a gun.

Egan, now 31, claims he was drugged and repeatedly sodomized by Rector and Shackley, with Rector being convicted of one count of sexual assault. TMZ reports Rector and Shackley have since fled from the United States.

Egan was the only complainant mentioned in the affidavit, as other minors claim they were pressured into having sex with the Hollywood insiders in order to continue pursuing an acting career. Egan talked about his sexual assault claims during a press conference on April 17.

"They pulled me away for their threat sessions and told me...'At the end of the day if you don't keep the members of this group happy, we control Hollywood. We can eliminate you. We will eliminate you,' threat after threat after threat," Egan said during the press conference, referring to what he was told by the moguls the the Hollywood parties.

"I had drugs put in drinks. I had liquor poured down my throat," he added. "There were rules in the house of no swimsuits, no clothes out by the pool area. I was raped numerous times in that house by numerous individuals, various types of sexual abuse all throughout that house...you were like a piece of meat to these people and they passed you around between them...if I could define what that house was it's evil."

Singer has denied the accusations brought up against him by Egan.

Editor's Note: HNGN does not name the victims of sexual assault or cases like it. However, Mr. Egan has publicly come forward with his claims in a civil lawsuit.
