'Game Of Thrones' Season 4 SPOILERS: 'OathKeeper' Reveals Who Killed Joffery And Why They Wanted Him Dead (RECAP)

"Game of Thrones" episode four answered many questions fans have been wondering about since the infamous Purple Wedding.

The show begins with Missandei teaching Grey Worm how to speak and read in English. The two share details about their experiences as slaves and how Daenerys has changed their lives. Daenerys soon interrupts their studies, as Grey Worm is needed to infiltrate the city.

Grey Worm and a troop of Unsullied warriors sneak in to the city of Meereen to find the slaves. The slaves are discussing whether they should revolt against their masters and join Daenerys on her journey to take over Westeros. Grey Worm appears and convinces the slaves one day of freedom is worth risking their lives. The Unsullied warriors provide the slaves with weapons and capture their masters.

Once slaves are freed, Daenerys orders her troops to nail the masters to the crosses where the children were left to die along the road to Meereen. Barristan advises Daenerys to answer injustice with mercy, but the Queen of Dragons remains firm she will continue to answer injustice with justice.

While Daenerys continues to conquer cities, Jaime Lannister continues his training to become a better warrior now that he has one hand to fight. Bronn convinces Jaime to visit his brother Tyrion in his sell. Jaime leaves Tyrion's cell convinced he is not Joffery's killer.

Soon after, Jaime pays a visit to his sister Cersei, who chastises him for visiting their son's murderer and order him to place more guards by Tommen's chambers. Cersei asks Jaime to find Sansa and kill her, but he is bound by his oath to Catelyn Stark to keep the Stark girls safe.

Knowing Cersei isn't one to let go of a grudge, Jaime asks Brienne of Tarth to search for Sansa and Arya and keep them safe. Jaime gifts Brienne with a Valaryian steel sold, in which she names OathKeeper, after Jaime's commitment to his word.

Unfortunately for Brienne, Sansa is stuck with Petyr Baelish on a ship to go see her aunt Lysa. Baelish informs Sansa he is to marry Lysa, and Sansa is more confused than ever. Baelish admits to killing Joffery with the help of Olenna Tyrell (who tells Margery to seduce Tommen before Cersi poisons him against her) and tells Sansa she was a part of the murder.

Sansa knows Tyrion wouldn't order Baelish to kill Joffrey, but isn't sure what Baelish has to gain by Joffery's death. Baelish explains to Sansa you have to confuse your enemies, and if they don't know what you want, they cannot predict your movements. When Sansa asks Baelish what he wants, he smirks and tells the young Stark everything.

While Sansa tries to stay alive, her brother Brandon Stark has successfully made it North of the wall. Bran, Hodor and the Reed siblings end up at Craster's former home. They spot men of the Night's Watch and Bran believes they are safe. However, Meera Reed believes the are not safe as the men dressed in black robes are no longer of the Night's Watch.

Bran says they can't leave until they release Jon's direwolf, but the former Night's Watch members capture them before they can head out. Jojen Reed has a seizure and Meera panics, as she wants to help him, which forces Bran to reveal his true identity to the Night's Watch. Little do they know Jon Snow and a troop of Night's Watch solider are headed to their location.
