Second Suspect, Jason Autry, Arrested In Holly Bobo Murder Case

A second suspect was arrested on Tuesday in the murder case of Holly Bobo, the New York Daily News reported.

Jason Autry, 39, was charged with aggravated kidnapping and first-degree murder -- three years after Bobo, a 20-year-old nursing student, disappeared from her home in Decatur County, Tennessee.

Autry's arrest comes two months after Zachary Adams, 29, was arrested and charged with the same crimes.

The recent developments in the case were announced yesterday at a news conference. Mary Gwyn, director of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, said Autry and Adams are "long-time friends," the Daily News said. He also believes there are other individuals out there with information on Bobo's disappearance.

In addition to Autry's charges, Gwyn announced a third charge of witness coercion against Adams after allegedly threatening his brother to keep quiet about the case.

An inmate told TBI investigators that when Adams learned he was being transferred to another prison -- where his brother, John Dylan Adams, is serving his term -- he asked him to send a message to his brother: "He's the one who started this s*** and if he don't shut his mouth he will be in the hole beside her," according to CBS News.

Autry is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, the Daily News said.

Bobo's body has not been found. While authorities are not disclosing a lot of details about the investigation, WSMV-TV reported that Adam's brother told officials he saw Bobo alive in Adams' house after she went missing.

Within the years following her disappearance, police said they eventually stopped searching for the missing teen and had zero suspects.

Bobo has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a pink shirt and light-blue jeans.
