James Franco is one again denying that he had sex with Lindsay Lohan. The 36-year-old actor spoke with Howard Stern on Wednesday, Apr. 30 and said that he swears "on my mother's life" that the two did not do the dirty deed, ABC reports.
Franco told Stern that he's aware the actress put his name down on her "Sex List" but claims things never went that far.
"All right, we maybe kissed," Franco confessed. "It was lame. When we made out it was so long ago. I was like a nice guy. The kiss is enough. It was also like, 'What the hell am I doing?' She was young."
The "Spring Breakers" actor said the kiss happened while he was in New York filming "Spider Man 2" back in 2004. Lohan, now 27, would have been 17-years-old at the time.
Franco told Stern that he thinks the troubled actress probably remembers the kiss a little differently.
"She's so delusional!" he said. "I bet you if we brought her in here and you asked her to her face, 'Did you have sex with James?' She would say yes."
Franco went on to say that Lohan basically stalked him for a while claiming that she would pop up in his room while he was staying at Chateau Marmont.
"I'd some home late to the hotel and she'd come find me," Franco claims. "She even broke into my room one time... I opened my eyes and there's Lindsay in my room at 3 a.m."
"Yeah, that's stalking," he added.
On "Watch What Happens Live" Lohan said the "Sex List" was real and explained that she made it while at the Betty Ford Drug and Alcohol Abuse Treatment Center.
"You know what? I'm going to get serious for a second," she told host Andy Cohen. "That was actually my fifth step in AA at Betty Ford. Someone, when I was moving during the OWN show, must have taken a picture of it. That's a really personal thing and it's really unfortunate."
The list included names like Justin Timberlake, Orlando Bloom, Ashton Kutcher, Heath Ledger and Ryan Phillipe. There were a total of 36 names on the list.
