"X-Men" director Bryan Singer was slammed with another lawsuit from an anonymous UK citizen claiming he sexually assaulted him as minor, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Jeff Herman filed the civil lawsuit, which is the same lawyer at the head of Michael Egan's case in the recent weeks, also names Gary Goddadrd, a Broadway producer, as an alleged attacker. The alleged victim claims Goddard contacted him through his social media site when he was 14-years-old.
According to the complaint obtained by THR, the alleged abuse began with nude webcam sessions with Goddard when the victim was 15-years-old. The alleged victim was forced to have sex when he was 16-years-old in a London hotel room. Thought the age of consent in England at the time was 16-years-old, the lawsuit argues since the plans to have sex occurred in California, the age of consent applied to the case should be 18-years-old.
The alleged victim claims he was forced to have sex with Singer during an afterparty in a London hotel, THR reports. The plaintiff was 17-years-old at the time and reportedly resisted, but was held down by a "large, musclebound man" as Singer allegedly raped him while Goddard watched. Goddard's lawyer, Alan Grodin, released the following statement about the new case:
"It is a shame that the specious claim made by Herman in the Egan case has resulted in this new claim that we note is over 10 years old. For now we will say the claims are denied and Gary will vigorously defend."

Egan, who was the first alleged victim to come forward with his accusations, held a press conference on April 17 to address his claims.
"They pulled me away for their threat sessions and told me...'At the end of the day if you don't keep the members of this group happy, we control Hollywood. We can eliminate you. We will eliminate you,' threat after threat after threat," Egan said during the press conference, referring to what he was told by the moguls the the Hollywood parties.
"I had drugs put in drinks. I had liquor poured down my throat," he added. "There were rules in the house of no swimsuits, no clothes out by the pool area. I was raped numerous times in that house by numerous individuals, various types of sexual abuse all throughout that house...you were like a piece of meat to these people and they passed you around between them...if I could define what that house was it's evil."
