Kim Kardashian took to Twitter on Wednesday, May 7 to set the record straight about her upcoming wedding to Kanye West. There have been tons of rumors surrounding the reality star's big day: from reports that she and West secretly wed at a ranch in Los Angeles to leaked photos of Kardashian struggling to fit her too-small gown.
The 33-year-old tweeted that she has been reading the gossip stories and wanted to clarify some things.
"Seeing so many different reports not gonna start disputing them all but a few I want to straighten out..." Kardashian wrote.
"1. We are not married yet!" she posted.
"2. We are not filming our wedding for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. You will see everything leading up til and after!" the bride-to-be said. "As much as we would love to share these memories on camera, we've decided to keep this close to our heart & share thru photos."
There were rumors that she and West had decided to let E! film the ceremony for a two-part wedding special on the network. A source told Hollywood Life that it would not be part of "KUWTK" but would air separately.
She also slammed claims that she was having a huge wedding.
"3. No guest list has been released. Seeing fake ones. Especially not 1600 people invited like I just read. Its VERY small & intimate," Kardashian said.
The mother-of-one told Vogue magazine that the she and West had decided to scale it back and celebrate their nuptials with a few close friends and family members. According to People magazine, about 200 people were invited.
Kardashian also denied that anyone has seen her wedding dress. While at the Met Gala on May 5, she told Vogue's contributing editor Andre Leon Talley that she did pick out the dress but tweeted that "no one has seen my dress."
"Seeing fake wedding dress pics of me... Those are old or photo shopped," she posted.
"That's it! Unless you hear it from us please don't believe the nonsense," Kardashian concluded.
